We had a sudden boiler failure in December and were without hot water and heating with two young children. I got in touch with a few plumbers but rather than just offering a single price, Alex also offered a lot of advise and options at different price points for different manufacturers etc before he even had the job.

He managed to rearrange his schedule to fit us in very quickly due to the heating issue in winter with young children and he worked a long day to complete in one go which included redoing all the 30 year old untidy pipe work to make it a lot more compact and neater. Alex also left the utility room cleaner than it started the day – you would have thought we had had a cleaner in as well as a plumber!
